Meet Christina Hayes, Esq.

Christina Hayes is a dedicated and passionate attorney committed to advocating for her clients with integrity, diligence, and compassion. She founded her firm in August 2025 with the goal of providing personalized, client-focused legal representation grounded in strong advocacy and a deep understanding of the law.

Christina earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Cooley Law School in December 2023. Shortly after being sworn in as a member of the Florida Bar, she began her legal career as an attorney with the Hillsborough County Public Defender's Office. Her experience there, combined with her two years serving as both a legal intern and certified legal intern within the same office, has given her extensive courtroom exposure and a strong foundation in criminal defense.

In addition to criminal defense, Christina also practices family law, where she assists clients with sensitive and often complex matters involving their families, futures, and financial well-being. She approaches these cases with the same level of dedication, empathy, and attention to detail that defines all of her work.

Having spent most of her life in Tampa, Florida, Christina has deep ties to the local community she proudly serves. Originally from Monticello, New York, she brings a unique perspective shaped by both her roots and her longstanding connection to the Tampa Bay area.
